Meet the community

The St. Peter's Men Society is the first group of Lay Apologetics in the Philippines. It started in Quiapo Church by Dr. Gregorio Santos a professor at Feati University and a group of his friends in the early 40's whose basic Charism was to defend the Catholic Truth from the malicious attack of Christian sects and Cults whose sole purpose was to destroy the Church founded by Christ. It can be said that SPMS is the father of all lay apologetic groups in the country. It's style is distinct from other lay apologetic groups in the Philippine Church because of its extensive experience in ecumenical dialogues and debates.
